POWER+ is a mentoring and networking group dedicated to supporting women and other underrepresented groups in physics. Our group is open to all undergraduate and graduate students, staff, and faculty. At POWER+, we welcome everyone, including‎ allies, and provide a space to connect and learn together. We organize workshops, topical discussions, a book club, and fun social events for the members of POWER+ and for the broader physics community. Our goal is to celebrate diversity, advocate for equity, educate ourselves and each other, and build a stronger and more inclusive physics community. Together, we can create positive change and help each other unlock our full potential in physics and beyond.‎
