Description	The pendulum’s motion is damped by eddy currents created when passing through the magnets.

Tips	The pendulum’s motion is heavily damped with a solid plate but is not damped when the sliced plate passes through the magnet. There is a large copper slab on the cart as well to demonstrate principles like in the video.
