Description This is a demo kit showcasing a variety of different optical phenomena. It is basically a big version of a ray box (with lenses, mirrors, etc.) that will mount with magnets to an old-style blackboard.

Tips
  • This kit is an excellent demo for many optical phenomena and is easily seen even in large lecture courses.
  • The instruction book contains a list of equipment, how to use it, and suggested demos.
  • Do not forget the transformer (demo 237 shelf 41) that powers the ray sources. It is stored with a wooden case. No wires or connectors are necessary; there are banana plug lead wires on the light sources.
