About
I am a semiconductor physicist and photovoltaic researcher studying the fundamental physics of advanced solar-cell materials and devices. My research focuses on understanding carrier transport, recombination, defects, interfaces, and degradation mechanisms that govern photovoltaic performance. By combining device fabrication, advanced electrical and optical characterization, and physics-based modeling, I investigate how microscopic material properties translate into macroscopic device behavior. My work bridges fundamental semiconductor physics and device engineering to develop high-performance photovoltaic technologies.
