Public Lecture: Probing Antimatter-Matter and Other Mysteries of the Universe Using Tabletop Experiments by Gerald Gabrielse
On November 12th at 7:30 pm, the CSU Physics Department will sponsor a public lecture by Gerald Gabrielse in the Lory Student Center (Room: Never No Summer). Refreshments will follow the talk.
Gerald Gabrielse: Northwestern University Board of Trustees Professor in Physics/Director of the Center for Fundamental Physics with Tabletop Experiments. Professor Gabrielse’s group uses methods of quantum science to carry out some of the most precise tests of the Standard Model of Particle Physics and some of the most sensitive searches for physics beyond the Standard Model.
