Chair of the Physics Department

The College of Natural Sciences invites applications for Physics Chair. The appointment will begin July 1, 2010. Qualifications include (1) excellence in Physics research and teaching, (2) leadership ability, (3) appreciation of the role of Physics in a modern university, and (4) ability to communicate effectively with faculty, administrative officials, and students. Preference will be given to candidates with the rank of Full Professor. Applications should be received by November 9, 2009 for full consideration.
