My research interests are primarily related to neutrino experiments. My group participates in measurements of neutrino interactions and searches for exotic physics using large detectors associated with neutrino experiments. I am a member of the NOvA experiment at Fermilab, which is making precise measurements of neutrino properties via the oscillation of muon neutrinos into electron neutrinos. Similar measurements have provided the first evidence of physics beyond the Standard Model. I am also involved in research and development of detector technologies to be used in the next generation of neutrino experiments, such as DUNE, that could provide an explanation for the matter-dominated nature of the universe.
